Cyborg city arcade fixes

The Arcade "Cyborg City" in Afula Doesn't have Virtua Striker 2002 and House of the dead 2, they contain Virtua Striker 1 in the latter Ultra G cabinet and House of the Dead 1 on the cabinet with the missing gun.
