This one is at an amusement park - these are in the mini-golf/driving range section of the park, there are other games elsewhere but are only accessible to patrons of the water park section.

Single player Guitar Hero arcade? I've never seen one of those.
Every Guitar Hero Arcade I have ever run across has been for two players.
