Description
48 teams, 6 regions, 8 teams per region. You pick one team, then the rules become similar to the real-life World Cup:
You fight another team from your home region in a "Regional Tournament Qualifying Round Final."
After you "qualify" for the World Tournament, you're entered into a "group" with another 3 teams and you fight all of them.
After this round robin, you enter the elimination brackets. Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Final make for a grand total of 7 matches.
You can shift the defending players manually using Button C.
If you tie a game, you can choose to replay a full game, go to the penalties, or go to a sudden-death game.
