You're supposed to pick up the elbow joints the mice break off.
You can pick them up on the ground or you can catch them on the way down.
You then are supposed to climb the pipes and put the elbow joints back where they were knocked off.
You can knock mice off the pipes while moving horizontally.
Every now and again a mouse will walk up the left side of the screen with a match and light the fuse on the bomb near the water tank. When this happens, climb higher than where the fuse is burning and climb off the left edge of the pipes. This will extinguish the fuse.
The round continues until the water tank is empty.
Oh, yeah. Watch out for the occasional angry dive-bombing mouse. You'll have a second or two warning. If you get the chance, stand still until he freezes just before he dives, then walk away in either direction. If he's halfway or higher up the screen he should miss you.
