Just saw a 113K score on "Stratovox" for the event...most impressive !!
I recall someone breaking 100K for the very first time back in 2004 or 2005 via WolfMAME. I'm wondering if this is the second time that 100K has been passed, and the 1st time on the arcade platform (which would imply a new WR was just set).

Lucky! Just kidding. That score took some awesome skill and the patience not to cheer for the little humanoids to all die a horrible alien induced death. I love to hate that game. :)

I remember quite well the previous 100,350 WolfMAME score that I saw back in 2005, a real nail-biter if there ever was one.
The very LAST humanoid was being carried off and the player's score was 99,850 points !! Watching this game at that high of a level of gameplay is as exciting as watching someone guarding that last city in "Missile Command" or the last fuel tank in "Ripoff".
I've always considered "Stratovox" one of the more unforgiving games out there from "back in the day".
